Tuesday. A bit cooler outside this morning. Still, if today turns out like yesterday I'll be happy. Sunny, but the wind had a bite.
I haven't got a clue what's on today, But I'll find out. :o}

Just about two hours earlier than expected. Spent a big chunk of yesterday asleep after my I BS flared up, so body clock all over the place. My head thinks it's O430 everything else is going when's lunch, except for my stomach which is going try eating and you will be sorry.

No it's not a problem, lived with it on and off nearly 20 years. Have the knack of managing most of the symptoms with herbal teas and a few adjustments to what I eat til it calms down. Just a bit anti social at times.

Blackbirds have started, with a touch of robin in the background, still a bit nippy But the balcony beckons I love this time of day, no traffic noise. The blue tits have arrived for breakfast balcony can wait.

I love watching the birds coming in to feed, great fun.
