Who is the Conservative MP who went to Eton, Oxford, was in the SAS, and to fund political aspirations, bought a gold mine, which was taken over by a military coup. He got onside with the local government, & when they regained power he got his money back. Was in the Times about 2 years ago. It is not Simon Mann.
