1. Should MP's remain gagged and not be able to criticise the Royal family - no matter what ?

As in my question - are you saying that in no instance whatever, should they be criticise ?
Why not get rid of the protocol which says they dont respond - and let them respond .
In any event there would be plenty of people who would respond on their behalf , conveying their views
