I think there's probably slightly less anger at Coulson because he's already lost one job over this and may shortly have to move again at Her Majesty's pleasure, whereas Brooks is seen to be getting away with it and indeed promoted.

good point
what I enjoyed was the report that Max Moseley has been underwriting possible costs of the law suits of the less famous against News and Screws. Nice one and isn't revenge sweet.

very good!
What has Brookes ever done for Murdoch? I know some men prefer blondes but her hair seems as unmanageable as the ill fated N.O.W
You can rest assured that you don;t get to be anything anywhere in the Murdoch organisation without the skills and the revenue generation.

What ever Mr Murdoch sees in Ms. Brooks, it does not begin, or indeed end, with her hair colour or style.
It seems Brooks printed the story that Gordon Brown's child had cystic fibrosis, having "somehow" found it out before the Browns themselves had had it confirmed.

This may be another good reason for loathing her.

"Abbey National bank found evidence suggesting that a "blagger" acting for the Sunday Times on six occasions posed as Brown and gained details from his account"

thats says more about abbey national than any hack.
it says much about both, I think.
