I've had a quick look round and can't see this has already been done, so apologies if it has.

Is anyone else finding this story of the supposedly English boy showing up in Berlin claiming to have been living in the woods for 5 years totally facinating.

I know there have been similar stories before that have been proved to be pranks or the like but the German police seem to believe him.

I read it Evian - being a sceptic, I expect in the fullness of time we'll find out the real story. There have been quite a few cases over the centuries of feral children coming to light, but they usually emerge from their isolation from humans with language difficulties and other social problems. From the little I've seen about this one, I'm guessing a raver who ran out of cash and needs a free ride back to Britain in time for the university year to start.

Apparently, they have found the shallow-grave where he buried his father.
The 'legal agencies' presently seem to believe his story.
