Is it fair that this couple have to move out of this luxurious shed, especially in view of those travellers who are still living in their less luxurious accommodation for 10 years?

I'm sure I read somewhere that the 'shed' cost around 14k...could have used that for a deposit.

I think they are being told to leave the shed because it has no running water, by all accounts they eat wash/shower and go to the loo in the main house. Which really defeats the object of calling it home if they are just sleeping and spending leisure time in there, they have a heater in there. Not on the same scale as Dale Farm I would have thought. But if a precedent is set I can see that it could be a popular move by young people who want to be together.

Interesting thing is, if they used it just as a bedroom and used the main house for everything else, it would be permitted development.
