Should this failed asylum seeker be allowed to stay?
Her first excuse was she would be persecuted back home in China because she was a member of the Falun Gong religious minority.
Now she is saying that her family would be taken from her because she would face persecution under China's one-child rule.

em, I didn't say you should have to move, I said you have the option should you want to.
AOG, I haven't looked into it to be honest, I'm guessing as Britain is part of the EU we'd have some benefits and I think education is free in a lot of countries. However it's not in my nature to go and scrounge, I'd try to work if I moved abroad, just like this lady has said she wants to and were she to get two jobs, then it's the fault of the job seeking brits for not being good enough to beat her to the job.
The kind of attitude you're showing here is half the problem, everyone's thinking 'I'm being let down by him or by her' when they're only being let down by themselves.

/// total crap. this is happening today. its what your generation have done to us. ///
Now there is a bit of ridiculous reasoning, from a member of the younger generation.
If it wasn't for my generation, you wouldn't have the freedom you enjoy today, you would be under the Nazi Jack boot.
And if it wasn't for my generation, you wouldn't have a Welfare State.

Paul, you know how daft that is, so you can up sticks, leave all your family, friends behind, and the life you know, to go with no money, no job, prospects of getting a job and to where exactly. Many people who have left Britain for a better life generally have had money to go with, a life pension, savings, and bought property overseas, perhaps France or Spain. That is just not right or feasible for us. If you are a 20 something with no ties then i might understand, but not someone who is coming up to retirement.
