Are these points too draconian?
144 Answers
I was recently repeatedly asked to outline 6 bullet points on the actions that I would take if I was in Number 10.
To which I replied:
Too late now, if you had asked this question 50 odd years ago, then perhaps we could have helped to solve some of today's problems.
1. All British passports to be considered void, on the granting of independence from British rule.
2. Limit immigration to include only self financing skilled persons.
3. Immigrants to learn English, and then to apply for British citizenship.
4. Ban on certain items of clothing that is alien to our culture.
5. No dispensations from the law of the land
6. Restrictions on the type of architecture, that is liable to change the face of English towns, cities and villages.
To which my original taunter was strangely 'As quiet as the grave'.
My points were more recently copied by another ABer to somehow prove his point, but once again all was quiet as the tumble-weed blew down the street.
I now enter these 6 bullet points once again, to ask ABers their opinions on them, and all I ask is for constructive non abusive answers.

A typical example of what I was referring to, in my number 6 bullet point on architecture.
Now if that is not alien to England, I don't know what is.

AOG, No. 1. Full agreement
No.2 Agree, lots of countries have this ruling - and rightly so - if you
havn't the required skills you are not needed.
No.3 Agreed, have abers any idea how much it costs their councils to
print all public documents in god knows how many languages
plus the cost of translators
No.4 Agreed, ban all clothing that covers a person face -i.e. the
burka.
No.5 Agreed, One law throughout the land
No.6 Still thinking about this one.

Redhelen Unemployment was about 2% in the 50s its substantially higher now ,I made the suggestion of bringing call centres back to the uk from India etc as a way of increasing employment opportunities here and keeping the money earnt in the uk. For the record I cannt see how we could stop ex commonwealth members coming here it would be totally unworkable.I also beleive that as we had a lot of their wealth in the past i would be wrong to barr their entry now .As I said earlier we live in a multicultural world now and need to move with it but I think we needto put our own country and citezens 1st what ever race or creed.
/// Sorry nanny you seem to have forgotten the 1950's when you older generation did not want to soil your hands with the dirty jobs so you brought in immigrants with the promises of ritches to empty your dustbins and sweep your floors. ///
What a load of tosh, you apparently have fallen for the propaganda, that was implemented by the Government at that time, to make the huge influx of immigrants to this country more acceptable to the indigenous population.
I may have seen a few immigrant bus drivers, taxi drivers, maybe a few railway porters, but I never saw any stripped to the waist, sweating while digging holes in the road, or raising bins on their shoulders empting them.

Anyone live near the Fens? Anyone work on the land? I would hazard a guess that there aren't many brits working for the gangers. You see, the consumer wants low prices, so the supermarkets drive the prices down for suppliers, so the farmers have to produce their stuff more cheaply, so the Brits won't work from 6-4 in a wet muddy field for something just above the minimum wage - I'd hazard a guess they are mainly immigrants.
