rojash - I suspect that this guy was so experienced in working the system all round, that there wasn't a big bundle of notes in his bedside drawer.

If it wasn't for the Daily Mail we wouldn't get to know what is really going off in this mad-cap country of ours.
it is no wonder the paper is disliked so much by some who would rather have stories like these swept under the carpet, especially when it involves Ugandan scum such as these, who have no right to be in this country in the first place.
