Am i the only one that thinks there's a lack of public toilets in the uk?
Train, tube stations everywhere is lacking.
In this time of more people, longer queues and especially more alcohol, shouldn't we have many more toilets on every corner?
I'd be more than happy to pay a pound or two extra taxes to help with maintainence and if this was asked from everyone in this country this would be very viable.
Do you agree we need more toilets here?

I never had enough courage to use one of those ones with the revolving door in case it came open before I was finished! I have been known to pop into McD's when in our local high street which has no other toilets. I was told recently that at a nearby station they are changing the toilet access to only enterable via the platform as it was being used by drug addicts.

"I wouldn't be prepared to pay extra taxes to pay for maintenance of public toilets when there's plenty of other services that need it just that little bit more, there's enough, did your parents never tell you to go before you leave!?"
That's a very selfish outlook to have paul.
I'm thinking more of the elderly, sick, disable pregnant and women with children as well as the kids who i see on a daily basis looking or asking for nearby toilets and only secondarily able adults.
There isn't enough and i'm quite flabergasted at your idea that there is.
