Any thoughts as to the Verdict?

The t'interweb is rife with gossip and speculation about this tragedy.

I don't think it will hurt my life if I never find out all the details or improve it if I do.

Whilst it might be human nature to be interested in this story, none but those directly involved have any *right* to know exactly what happened and why.

I was surprised that it wasn't brought out at the inquest, what their row was about.

His wife just stated, that they had an argument of 'something about nothing', and it was left at that.

The reason for the row, could have had serious implications on why he chose to hang himself, accidentally or otherwise.

It's no one else's business.

His Mother also said he's a 'glass half empty' person.

I wish that this had not come out, let the man rest in peace. And his family have some closure.

I don't think one would be allowed to say that, if asked a question in an inquest.

But they accepted 'something about nothing' which is more or less the same thing.

You can't make people disclose 'private' conversations, or what goes on in their 'private' life.

Sorry for my late reply, but I have been in Hospital for my treatment the last couple of days. I have read all the answers provided, and must say they made very interesting reading.In my opinion I think a lot was unsaid, as there have been a few conflicting reports,a very tragic time for Mrs. Speed and Her Family, and we will probably never get the full story. Thank you all for your responses.

to sleep in the car, instead of booking into a hotel or going to friends/family, she must have been keeping their marital problems well under wraps! there is more to this than we will ever know!

If my Mrs committed suicide after we'd had an arguement I'd sure as hell remember what that arguement was about, Mrs Speed can't remember (or doesn't want to reveal what it was about)

She didn't want to reveal to a public inquest............there is a difference.
There is every possibility that the Coroner had been made aware of the substance of the argument.
