don't know much about politics and politicians but always thought of GG as a self advancing chancer who is even more amoral than the rest of them.

It was only until a few weeks ago that he held a regular Friday night spot on 'Talk Sport' late night radio, until they finally dispensed with his services.

How he was ever allowed to spout his far Left-Wing views on a national radio station for so long, I could never understand.

He never allowed anyone to oppose his views, if they did he shouted them down, belittled them and insulted them, before finally 'cutting them off', yet he issued all kindness and pleasantnesses, towards those who agreed with him.

He was a little like some on Answerbank actually.

What's that got to do with Labour's colossal defeat.? The Conservative was expected to be thrashed . So what new ? They didn't bother to try. Who would in " Once Labour always Labour " Bradford .

I wanted Labour to win, you appear to just want to bash the Tories . There is a big difference.

Comparing the Bradford figures from the 2010 General Election and those from last week, as I pointed out elsewhere, the Tory 10,000 drop from 12,000 = an 83% loss of support, whilst the Labour 10,000 drop from 18,000 = a 56% loss of support.
There's no denying that Labour's loss of a parliamentary seat was a major setback, but they can console themselves with the knowledge that the Tory loss of backing was half as bad AGAIN as their own!
