Sorry venator, this company got a huge tranche of new work from the Coalition Government. It was in late 2010 that they employed an internal auditor who's evidence is the meat in this report.

He has told MPs: “In my professional view, it was systemic.”

Whenever you have contracts of this size under ANY government there is fraud and corruption.
Wether its discovered and comes to public attention is another matter.
