Is PC getting in the way, both by the Police and also by the Social Services?

Well the Child Minister Tim Loughton seems to think it might be.

You seem to have ignored the first word of his sentence. Believe it or not, "If there is..." doesn't mean the same as "I think there is..."

But if he thought it was not at all true he would not have said it at all and, if we are playing with words, AOG did say 'seems' .

And he does 'SEEM' to be saying that.

I did not say ""He thinks there is", what I did say was "He seems to think it might be"

I think PC has barred the way for many years, all and sundry seem to be treading on eggshells, about time all is told as it is whether it be white, black or asian offenders - let the public know - it is not racist.
