German Car Park
I can't find a link - sorry - but it was reported on the BBC Breakfast News this morning that a car park has opened in Germany which has wider spaces designated for women.
Now, I can't think why this would be, so would be interest in peoples thoughts!

But on the other hand women generally have better peripheral vision and less aggression, so tend not to have the major accidents. And please note the use of the word 'general' here.
But I can't really believe that the bumps and scrapes issue is so bad that it merits separate parking spaces. I think if they introduced it here, I wouldn't be annoyed at any sexist implications, so much as a poor waste of public money. I'm sure the mayor could have found something more important to spend it on.
