Do you always have a lunch break?

I usually do but on occasions I've had to work strauight through.

Very rare not to. It's been so long since I enjoyed what I'm employed to do I'm usually champing at the bit to get away for a break even if not hungry. On the occasions I'm not my stomach usually nudges me to go get something within the hour anyway.

i do have a lunch break for the simple reason i dont get paid for working through it!

I always have a lunch break one hour weekdays and 45 mins at weekend

Even if I take a lunch break it doesn't make any difference to what I'm paid, it's just nice to leave the screens for a while, take the dogs for a run and keep the customers waiting so they think I'm busy. An hour out on the clifftops or beach is always worthwhile.
