/// Ticket prices for special performances will be cheaper than usual - £25 for the best seats in the house, which can cost £100 on regular nights - and will include an invitation to a post-show party with cast and company members. ///
Don't say they will be sitting in the same seats?

Don't sweat it.
I always thought that by the time I was my ate now (46), I would spend my spare time improving my mind by wandering around art galleries, listening to obscure bluegrass albums and enjoying concerts at Glynnourne.
It didn't happen.
The only concerts I've attended this year have been by Kylie and Madonna.
Rule of thumb - do whatever pleases you and regret nothing.

Slightly ironic to say the least that snobbery rules so much where some opera houses are concerned when you think that some of our most outstanding composers had to live in abject poverty.
There is absolutely nil justification for insisting on such outdated dress codes. As long as people are clean and tidy, isn't that enough? Does it make us enjoy it any more if men are trussed up like turkeys and women have to look like something out of a debutante's ball. Ridiculous.
