That's a criticism of the lawyers. Their duty is to do their best for the client, but it does not involve arguing fanciful points of law at every opportunity; that this extends the proceedings, at great financial benefit to the lawyers, is not supposed to be justification for doing it.

i know, and i don't care what happens to him and his ilk, i was referring to the fact that if he is extradited and something happens en route or once in America will his followers see this as just cause to riot here. By the way it's not over as there is talk of his having to have a brain scan to see if he is fit to travel. what a slippery bstard
This man has effectively been a gravy train for the legal profession and he is a living monument to the stupidity and weakness of our political so called leaders. No other nation on earth would have allowed him to stay and take the pi**, he should have been sent to Hell or wherever he is destined to go and let him appeal from there.
