It's getting clearer by the day, the idea of a "black and ethnic union" to quote Jason Roberts "We should have the same rights as other people to get into management and coaching. For the number of players from ethnic minority backgrounds who have appeared at every level, there are still too few who have made it through into other aspects of the game" If they are good enough they get the same rights at everybody else - or is it they want Positive Discrimination which as I have said before is the most blatant form of racism.
