The BBC is reporting that the father of the CT shooting says that "Emile lit up the room". Don't you think that that is a really inappropriate quote?

"shooter"
As far as I understand it is is the father of one of the victims, Emile Parker, who said that his daughter lit up the room. I don't see what is inappropriate with that as he is just paying tribute to his little girl.
It's a quote you hear regularly about youngsters who brighten up a room.
spudqueen is correct, it's nothing to do with the shooter http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-20745377

Jeez, I'm sorry. That will teach me to read the story behind the quote. I apologize.
Thanks Stewey :-)
