Yes if guilty, it is however worth remembering that drink alters everyone, them, the girl, you, me and after the event is is everyone's drunken word against everyone else's, with the possibility that no-one is telling the whole truth either deliberately or by omission.
If she was indeed, raped, sexually assaulted or otherwise co-erced then they deserve custodial sentences, if however she is simply ashamed or sees potential money in her story then things need thinking about very carefully. the problem being no-one will ever know for sure which scenario it is whatever the verdict.
