not a smart car indeed, but does have a horse, what on earth for i wonder...

horse? don't get me started, it's all i've heard all day at work from customers, this woman has a horse apparently, a sick horse too! It's getting very worrying you know, the benefits agancy will have asked her to fill out an income and expenditure sheet when she makes her claims, I'm assuming she only claims for 7 of the children, those under 18 or under 16 if they've not gone to college, but even so, on those forms it provides a line for pet expenses, a horse is not a household pet! The benefits agency would be within their rights to withhold some of her benefit until she can prove where income is coming from that provides funds for the horse.
