Isn't that the same as being a Lesbian, or can this person be cured of her disorder?

I have known two 'lesbian' relationships which according to both parties were based on the fact that one of them viewed herself as a man.

They met and developed their relationships in gay clubs; I suppose that there were few other places that weren't strictly for 'true' heterosexual meetings.

Quite how they discussed who was going to do what, to whom, etc. I never asked.
