So you didn't know the suspect was black eh?
That's odd, seeing as you posted a link to the Telegraph story at 12:07, and when I look at the timestamp on the Telegraph page, I can see that it was last updated at 10:37am and it clearly describes the suspect as being black.
That noisy screeching sound is you being hoisted by your own petards.

sp, what i don't understand about the story you linked to is how the woman who has schizophrenia was out of hospital or prison, she killed her own mother a few years ago, and was allowed to roam about killing this poor woman and almost killing a third. she telephoned the police to say she was a danger and would hurt or kill someone, why did no one take any notice...
