If I did this in my local boozer I would be banned, so why is he still allowed in the commons bars still.
He clearly has a drinking problem but those that are lecturing us and trying to put a minimum price on our drink seem to think it is ok for one of their own to have access to cheap booze (and by the sound of it fags too).
One rule for them another for the plebs (ie us) ?

//Following the fracas in February last year, Mr Joyce, a former soldier, announced he would not seek re-election in 2015.
After admitting four counts of assault, he was given a 12-month community order in March that included a Friday-to-Sunday curfew and *a three-month pub ban.*//
So he was banned last year when the first incident happened, I'd imagine he'll be getting another

Jake, not so. I'd get more than a 3 month ban in my local boozer. They don't tolerate fighting at all, fight and that's it you are no longer welcome. I was once told 'Get out, your sort drink in The Bell' for far less than that.
For doing it twice he should definitely be banned for life, but do you think he will be?
The point here is that these people should not behave like this and if they do draconian penalties should be handed down as an example.
