I've been registered for years and Mr Ouzel is fully aware of it.

In Scotland, last year, the Government at Holyrood had a TV and Radio campaign and it seems that 40% of Scots are now registered.

I would have thought that relatives could get some comfort knowing their
loved one is not completely dead but living on in the bodies of others.
