Saw the front page of the sun today, it seems we now paying for chest enhancement? How long has that been vital to health?

There is one issue around breast enhancement that I don't understand.

I have every sympathy for ladies that need re-constructive surgery after having breast cancer. I have a close female relative that has been through the mill with breast cancer and its been dreadful for her.

But it appears that there are now hundreds of thousands of women all over the world that need breast implants removed and/or replaced because of problems associated with them. In Britain many of these are being done under the NHS.

Leaving re-constructive surgery aside, most of these women have had this very invasive surgery for reason of pure vanity, ie in order to have larger breasts. Take that ghastly woman Jordon for example. She looks ludicrous.

If millions of men all over the world had long bags of silicon jelly inserted in their penises, in order to appear larger, and this turned out bad, how much sympathy could we expect from The Sisters ?

Bugger all I expect !

Of course, its highly unlikely that men would have surgery of the kind I have outlined. We have a much lower pain threshold than women, at least that is what the women have been telling us for years.

Anyway the sight of a surgeon with sharp scalpel bearing down on our nether regions would ensure a very quick change of mind, and a rapid heading for the hills, surgery gown flapping in the wind.

I have just clicked on the link and found the picture. My God, she looks like an identikit photo from a wanted poster. Where have the poor woman's eyebrows gone ? What has happened to her mouth ?

Surely the surgeon responsible for this should have been arrested ?

Actually I have changed my mind...she looks like an extra on the Muppet Show, perhaps Miss Piggys understudy.
