It is repeatedly claimed that Qatada has remained imprisoned without charge. Why not now charge him for using forged passports to enter the UK, which he and his family did in 1993 - 20 years ago?
Also the prospect of torture did not stop the UK from deporting people to Libya under Colonel Gaddafi.
Time for Qatada to go.,
