Dubia might have lots of lovely skyscrapers and FAB hotels but its not the Costa Brava, and anyone going there for business or pleasure should be fully aware of the facts. Like all the other places like it, its a backward, misogynist, deeply corrupt society. This lady was there on business, so I suppose she has some kind of excuse but everybody that does go there on holiday should have their heads examined.
