"Really ichkeria? So it's quite alright by you for people to spread their phlegm (containing all manner of unspeakable organisms) all over the place where people walk. What's also OK. Having a quick pee against your garden wall? Prhaps having a number two in the bushes in the local park?
"
Well you don't help your case by dressing it up in emotive language, and dragging in other offences. Surely not ideal practice for a learned judg. And I notice, by the way, that even Tora x3 thinks it's OK for spitting durting "high aerobic exercise". I agree, except that the street/road as a matter of fact seems the only place where that IS acceptable. As I say, it all depends on when, where and why. Blanket laws like this are in my opinion daft and self defeating, as the burqa police in France may belatedly now be discovering.

Makes me sick to hear every time something is brought out to instil some form of social discipline in, "Waste of time, how will they police it".
I say like they police all other criminal offences, if one or two get heavy fines placed on them they will soon get the message, it would be a good idea to stamp it out in football, after one or two got a yellow or red card for committing this filthy habit, they also would get the message.

Assuming the police have bigger fish to fry.....
just what we need more petty little power crazed council numpties issuing more fines.
I'd rather it was made an offence to allow a dog to urinate on the grass in a public park.
what are they going to do if youre out and you get one of those little aphid type flies that have a habit of flying into your mouth and you spit it out ?
another truly pathetic idea....and a month long consultation !?
