What this means is that the parole board can not even start to consider a review of the case for 30 years. In reality it will be a lot more years than that and they will almost certainly die in prison.

The verdict I am interested in is the one after the serious care review has been completed, where the school, police and social services explain why they did nothing of any substance to protect this vulnerable little boy.
Of course most of already know what that verdict is going to be, a whitewash, but I would still like to see it written down.
