Michael Le Vell's Court Case...
Now that all the defence and prosecution has finished, I have not read how the girl in question who was raped etc, came to be in the company of Le Vell.
Was she and her mother a neighbour or known to him in some other way?

We have discussed this on AB before, but I am not sure why Le Vell is being identified. Whether he is found guilty or not, this case will have ruined him for ever. If he is found guilty, I can see a case for the case to be reported but not until then. It sick and puerile entertainment as far as the Press is concerned. If he wasn't a minor celebrity, it unlikely that we would be aware of it all. Very disturbing.

Has it been reported that she remembers exact dates? She might not, I'd imagine there is more evidence that can't be made public incase it reveals her identity. The abuse has allegedly been going on for years so it shouldn't be surprising if the victim remembers dates of more recent abuse.
The case seems to be going at a rate of knots so hopefully there'll be a verdict shortly.

If he is cleared of the charges, how many people will say, as my late Mother used to say, He got away with it? Whatever the outcome his reputation is in tatters which is wrong if he is deemed innocent. Will the complainant be named if he's found innocent? If not, why not? Her age at the time of the non-offence should then be irrelevant.
