hc4361 - Sure must have been tough. Same as in 2011 when he was accused of a sexual offence. But the case was dropped.

No, Viv, she won't. It hasn't been proven that she was lying, just that the jury could not be sure beyond all reasonable doubt that she was telling the truth

Cleared by a jury of his peers yet there will always be those who believe him guilty. That, imo, is the major flaw in cases of this nature - the accused is always named and therefore damned for all eternity in the eyes of some.
