Seems Governments are not in a position to Govern, that is down to Solicitors and Courts then if they dont give the right answer European courts.
How can this continue?
And what of the argument 'Cant afford to live in London' I cant afford it either as I am annihilated by extortionate taxes to pay for the lazy and feckless even though I worked there. I had to give up and move out where I could get work without 4 hours a day commuting. so where are the Left wing briefs fighting my rights?

Many cases come about where peoples rights are in conflict and judges have to weight the importance of each
Such a lot of nonsense is talked about the HRA
All it does is put the European convention on Human Rights into British law
If it was revoked all that would happen is that we would revert to the situation before with the government being continually dragged up to fight cases in the European courts.
The HRA means that British courts can decide most of these cases
The only difference it would make if we also withdrew from the European convention on Human Rights. I think Belarus is the only other non-signatory
Can't see that happening

No
The international HR conventions are much bigger than one case
I would hope that the Government puts its case persuasively that the 'Rights of the Child' are not breached by the terms and conditions of our benefits system.
Provided the benefits system provides a period of grace while recently unemployed people find another job and beyond that, facilitates and supports the relocation of families affected to more affordable areas.
