She is now please with Ferdinand's appointment, but still believes there should be a representative from thew Premier League. That is probably correct.

I don't think she is a trouble maker. She is unhappy about being sidelined and with Dyke not following the correct procedures.

As someone who is not the least bit interested in football - i've just googled - Heather Rabbatts - to discover she is not black .

Well , i'll go to the foot of our stairs - i thought she was a non white woman , kicking up a fuss

I suspect that she thought that the Commission had a full complement, or that the other candidates were all white men, went off and loudly complained about lack of diversity, then found a black man was appointed, and could not then bring herself to acknowledge that. She had to say what translates into " Good, But that's still not enough diversity!"

Which dissatisfaction requires analysis. What does she want? A woman on there too ? Or the representative of some other group or minority in our diverse society?

The clue is in the word "SATISFIED" and who would bother to try to.

AOG - got it now - because you have found a pciture of this woman, about whom neither you or any of us know the slightest detail - and you have decided that she looks unattractive, then this makes her the but of your 'humour', and anyone who doesn't understand it lacks a sense of humour themselves.

If this is your idea of 'humour', then i am delighted that i don't share your sense of it.

Making fun of a stranger by assuming their physical appearance makes them unlikely to find a suitable partner does not particuarly make me smile - and if that makes me 'humourless' in your eyes - fabulous - the further apart my sense of humour is from yours the better as far as I am concerned.

Ah, I think I get it, AOG. You are saying that a woman who has an expression like that for the brief second of the photo could never be satisfied by a man (presumably). And nobody would ever try to satisfy a woman who had, or could ever have, such an expression.

If that is the correct reading, I am bound to wonder a bit. Surely no man on here has never had a wife, partner or girlfriend who didn't ever, in their lives, have that expression ,yet those women were satisfied
