This sounds a bit like moving the goalposts, Zacs :)
From that other thread - this is what I said;
"OK, I will go with reaching a price of £.4.90 within the first year, which would represent a return of somewhere between 50 - 80 odd %, depending on the exact offer price.

On a lighter note(we are in CB) My dad built HinkleyA. Our idea of a day out was to sit in the car-park all day while he worked. Lol. Ah, but on the way home we'd stop at the BlueBoar Inn in Bridgewater and have pop and crisps(with a blue bag of salt in) And then go on the Severn ferry to round off a grand day out. Easily pleased, weren't we.
