Does David Cameron want to visit Libya for a photo shoot and see the results of our intervention in this country.BBC dont report here anymore-guess why?
You evidently think, judging from the tone, that you know why; the question seems framed in rhetorical terms. So why do you think they don't? (The premiss is that the BBC don't report from "here". "Here" suggests Libya itself, rather than from beyond its borders. Do they not?)
So did I, ichkeria, and I could have sworn that the reporter was in Libya ! mrspask knows something we don't. BBC World Service also had someone in Libya. Perhaps they were lying and should have said not ' Libya' and name the towns but 'somewhere in North Africa'.
Indeed.
Plenty of coverage of Libya and good news in the main it is not sadly.
The questioner assumes wrongly that as in certain other countries the BBC is merely a mouthpiece for the government. But is the current state of Libya worse than if Gaddafi had not been removed from power?
The likely truth is that had there been no intervention then the war would still be going on.
