This seems to be nothing new quite a few large families are demanding re-housing. The woman in the newspaper recently has 9 children and is a disgrace. She says she relies on shoplifters to help her with food buying. I fail to see why ordinary hard working people should support these feckless (in the true sense of the word) people. The guy in this story is 40 he last had a job in a garage when he was 17! I don't think they are married.
it's getting a regular thing now, they're up to their eyes in debt with Bright House for all the teles and electrical stuff so can't afford a tin of paint.
well we may say they are taking advantage of the system, but the damp in that house must be very detrimental to those childrend's health, and although we may not like it, id say they should be moved from that unhealthy environment.
I feel sorry for those innocent kids.
In that report it says they have a child age 1 and another age 10 months!
The father needs to look for a job as a precision grinder!
They certainly don't waste any time in banging out the bread snappers! I am surprised they have 5 TVs mum and Dad don't seen to spend a lot of time watching them, then possibly the one in their bedroom is stuck to the ceiling! as the Mum must spend a lot of time on her back.
Making all these kids is an strategy to live off the tax payers, and beat the system.
eddie, I don't think it need take a long time to conceive. with a fertile couple !
Read some of it, can't be arsed with the rest. I feel for the kids, unless something is done they will be the same. Living off our tax's and blaming the local council for their predicament. I'm glad I'm 63 and not 13.
They are expecting another in 5 months time. Surely if they were responsible people who knew they could not afford to make ends meet you would think he would have the snip or she would be steralised, she's only 33 and looks 10 years older. Years ago there were big families, we used to say it was because they had no TV's. But this family have 5 tv's. And what's with the snake?
He says he wants to work outdoors. Well the garden needs some attention.
surely if they were responsible people;; that's the point they are not,
If I were you lot, I would be feeling really let down by the Conservative led Government. Not only has the tide of immigrants no cease but the feckless scroungers are taking the p*ss even more than they did under Labour.

Maybe you should all vote UKiP and let them know you are not happy to be taken for granted.
Why Gromit is the Conservative government encouraging them to procreate?
I feel very sorry for the children of this feckless couple, what chance do they have of a decent life...............
The council should attend to the damp, as any landlord should. Apart from the health aspect, it might affect the Sky box ! And leave it at that.
The house isn't filthy, it's damp, there is a difference.

Surely the main reason with this couple were able to have so many children is that they knew that the more kids they had, the more money they were going to receive. I have worked out that they will be picking up approx £137 a week, nearly £600 a month in Child Benefit alone ! That is more than millions of OAPs get in their pensions.

I have said this before but we should seriously look at reducing Child Benefit for more than, say 3 or kids. It just rewards and encourages, feckless behaviour.
I've said before that it was a sad day for society when the Workhouses were abolished. If the alternative to gainful employment was 3 bowls of gruel a day and a straw palliase to sleep on, there wouldn't be nearly as many stories like this to outrage us.
There was a time when the main bread winner got tax breaks. They changed this to family allowance for the main carer because the bread winner couldn't always be trusted to hand over the cash to his family.

I'm in agreement that every family should have a bread winner.
And people complain that the government is trying to sort the much abused benefits system out. Can't have it both ways.
