jno...With the greatest respect...drivel. The amount of people who take hard drugs is completely irrelevant. I expect quite a few people drive too fast past schools, putting children's lives at risk, but just because the numbers may be high, it doesn't alter the essential stupidity and dangerousness of the act. Numbers don't cancel out the offence. If lots of people are doing it, then its just a bigger problem.
