And, whilst it might be a "non-issue" to you, that does not automatically mean it is a non-issue for everyone, although I will readily admit that I look to be in a significant minority, which was useful to know in itself :)

if they dont know what they have to start with the thats still a problem
apparrently the septics are working on the problem and there "bill readers" that use a scanning process
it would seem then its pretty easy to short change a blind person in the good ole US of A
