How can an Autopsy reach this conclusion ?

He 'accidently' died after pumping his own body full of a cocktail of hard drugs!

It's a bit like saying someone who jumped to their death from a tall building was an accidental death - they didn't mean to do it because they obviously thought they could fly
Well if they'd taken drugs and thought they could fly then it would have been an accident.
So no junkie who OD's on drugs is suicide?

If they'd jumped off the same building lots of times before and landed safely, it'd be reasonable to conclude that the time they did it and died, they didn't mean to.
An autopsy decided that this case was accidental http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2014/03/01/justice-department-alfred-wright-sheila-jackson-lee/5921401/ - he was missing an ear, some teeth, his throat was slit and both eyes were missing.

So just because an autopsy comes to that conclusion doesn't mean that it's true.
