Should White Women Be Wary Of Dating Black Men
Just wandering around the Daily Mail website because of a thread posted a few minutes ago, and I came across this story.
Not sure if this is a commonly held belief amongst the general public, or whether the Daily Mail comments section (sort into top rated order) has been infiltrated by a gang of Internet trolls:
http:// www.dai lymail. co.uk/n ews/art icle-25 95057/T hug-Mar tell-Ca mpbell- jailed- savage- attack- ex-Emma -Hunt-d ropped- daughte r-nurse ry-Nott ingham. html
Looking at the top rated comments here, should one feel worried about Kelly Brooke' relationship with the (astonishing looking) David McIntosh?
Do people genuinely believe that this is a product of interracial relationships?

We're easy to tell apart sp1814, one of us is well spoken, intelligent, articulate. And the other one is me. :-)

@ 1814. Why should anyone worry about Kelly Brooke's relationship? You really seem to have a chip on your shoulder from a lot of your posts about black versus white. What the hell does it matter, black, white we are all humans so why highlight the difference? Each to his own but you certainly seem to play the b versus w card in a lot of posts I've read. Why not accept people have different views and no matter what we have as opinions it matters not a jot because in the end we are all human and we either get on or not.

Wrong on both counts I'm afraid.
I'm of average intelligence (I once sat next to Stephen Fry at a dinner party...that alone told me that I'm thicker than a whale omelette).
But regarding racist/homophobic events in my own life? Almost never happens.
Actually - scratch the 'almost'...it simply doesn't happen. This may be because I live in a lefty liberal area and I work in a field (IT) where what you can do is valued so highly, that who you are becomes an irrelevance.
However, AB is useful to gauge people's opinions on matters of race and sexuality, because the people I hang out with are pretty much of the same mindset as me.
Proving how thick I am...I had to let Spellcheck tell me how to spell the word 'gauge'.
That's why Stephen Fry eventually swapped seats.
