I think the difference from when I was at school (70s and 80s) is that kids got bullied and picked on, but it would never, ever occur to us to bully an adult.
Most definitely Ummmm.
My parents were/are fine upstanding members of the community, but as a teenager, well, I'm not saying any more about me.
I was "prodded into line very quickly".
Seems some aren't, worst of luck.
Children learn things by observation that's true. That can be by observing their unpleasant peers, emulating fictional characters, copying a teacher who might pick on one particular pupil or indeed by observing their parents, but I don't know of anyone, anyone at all who would encourage their child to victimise a blind woman.
I have heard parents farewell their children for a night out. Most say "have a good time and behave". Others have said "don't get caught".
Makes one wonder.
