I quite like wearing short sleeved shirts (tieless and outside the trousers) in order to display my sun bleached hair on my slightly tanned arms.

(I do however keep a tie in the car with the overnight bag......)

You've triggered a memory, Jim....I once costumed Brigadoon....a dressing room full of men trying to get in and out of kilts was like working in a room full of long tailed cats and rocking chairs....
Now men in kilts look silly with long sleeved shirts..must be short sleeves and a tartan tie....☺

ah. I didn't realise that, gness. Mine are usually the long-hair and leather jacket types. I'm not convinced i could remove a tie seductively- I'd probably end up hitting them in the face...,:-) x

It wouldn't occur to me to wear a tie with a short-sleeved shirt, no way.
I think the last time I wore a Tie was when we got married back in, er, just a minute! . . . er! . . . Oh yeh, got it, the late(ish) 80's.

I have a friend who has panic attacks if he tries to put on a tie...nuisance that....
He went for one of those past life regression things and turns out that in a previous life he was the pharmaceutical equivalent of Shipman...and was hanged for it....well that's his excuse.....☻
