How do some manage to swindle our benefit system, when those who have more need to these benefits find it very difficult, if not impossible?

I don't think it is 'all so easy' but some do seem to know the system inside out - regardless of whether they wear Welly Boots, Frilly frocks or Burkhas, I am glad they are caught.
