As he is likely to get a very lengthy prison sentence in the USA should his family still be living in a £1.25m house in West London with £650 a week benefits.

As he has a right to a family life (as a lot of terrorists say their human rights dictates)...then maybe his family should go and live in the USA to be close to him, and the US government pick up the tab for rehoming them.

As if!
No and fat chance.
yes, but it would take 10 years !
Are his children not as English as you or me?
I'd be happy to wave them goodbye - but I doubt the US would be stupid enough to accept them.
sandyRoe, you're Irish.
Well, yes. But for the sake of argument... :-)
Haaa!
Yes they should, but I can't see it happening.
No chance , not sure what happens if the government succeds in revoking his citizenship though.
Are we going to pay for his wife to go and visit him regularly in an American jail?

Most probably yes.
They should be asked to formally declare if they support his beliefs, or reject his beliefs.

If they publicly state that they reject his beliefs ... let them stay.
And you'd believe them?
This proposed guilt by association, would it not go against the English belief in fair play?
naomi ... No, but I'd like to watch them doing it.
.. and then kick them out? :o)

If being a family was THAT important to them, they would want to be closer him, wouldn't they??? It would seem if it means giving up a tax funded home...only up point. As I said the USA should be stumping up for them to live in the states.
//As I said the USA should be stumping up for them to live in the states.//

Why?
They don't seem to be worried about being able to visit him.

Why?

They requested the extradition.... they uphold the American way and family values, let them support his family.
