Here we see a Ghanaian woman who came to this country on a student visa in 2000, now being granted anonymity and the right to stay in this country indefinitely, because she has a right to a family life although she has already killed one of her family.
/// The argument is that she is being separated from her kids but not only was she separated from them in prison but there were also care proceedings brought against her. ///
/// 'The children have also spent periods of time in Ghana so the arguments for not deporting her fall away. It shows how the judges have expanded and shifted the goalposts from human rights in a way that is pretty arbitrary and perverse. ///

a) she gave up rights when she committed the crime. Being with the family is not a human right since nothing supersedes human rights. This is a right but one that is lower priority than protecting society.
b) She isn’t being denied being with her family. Any that wish to are free to accompany her back to her coutry of origin.
This is all a nonsense.

Britain was instrumental in setting up the ECHR. It thought after the war that otehr countries ought to treat people better, the way Britain did. The British Bill of Rights from the 1680s was one of the things it was based on.
Now of course we know foreigners aren't human and therefore don't qualify for human rights.

Seems like we can't send anyone back.

AOG, I despair, I really do.
We aer no longer in control of our country, it is run by unelected persons, be it the EU or the ECHR, although the two are tied.
UKIP are doing well out of this and will continue to grow whilst this sort of thing goes on, especially if accompanied by comments like jno. We are not racist we simply want to ensure those that come to live in our country help it grow, not drag it down.

Don't let comments such as those issued by the likes of jno get you down, this is the normal out of date reaction one can expect if one dares to question the immigration problem.
If we had 'Billeting Officers' knocking on our doors as we did during WW2, I wonder how many of these immigrants some would be only too willing to take into their homes?
