Who is going to be the next Leader of the LibDems is rather an academic question as far I am concerned, as the Party is dead in the water, and looks to remain so for perhaps a generation. But supposing I were Cleggie, I would check in the mirror next time Cable is around, firstly to see if he casts a shadow, and secondly, to make sure he hasn't left a knife sticking out of my back.

They sealed their fate that afternoon in the summer of 2010, when Clegg and dave appeared in front of the same microphone, in the back garden of Number Ten. People will not forgive the LibDems in a hurry, for supping with the devil.

I'm going UKIP next time round. Labour, Conservatives, and Lib Dems are all completely useless and full of empty promises. They have had years to prove themselves and all 3 have failed miserably.
Time for a complete shake up in UK politics.

But how will it change anything Spanner, if UKIP don't win the Election next May ? Because they won't. In fact, they may not get any seats whatsoever, so what will have changed ?
Labour or the Tories will be in power this time next year. They are the only game in Town. UKIP certainly won't.
By the way, do you know any of UKIP's policies, apart from the fact that they want to leave the EU ?

I don't think its all to do with being coalition Mikey.I think the biggest gripe people have is that Nick Clegg opened mouth without engaging brain on the subject of university tuition fees.To quote Lord"Paddy"Ashdown in the Andrew Marr show on Sunday when asked about the Lord Oakeshott resignation he said if he were looking to oust someone he would "choose his Iago's carefully".
