Hmmm, no wonder Leon Britten has a selective memory - I imagine it's going to be getting a whole lot worse from here...

Or the 'terms of reference' are set so narrowly that the enquiry can't be effective
// you mean that it will turn out that there was a policeman there, at the time, taking notes ? OMFG ! //

Not quite sure to what place 'there' you are referring to. When Elm Guest House was raided (by anti-terror police), it was unusually very quite (people had been tipped off). The police found 5 people at the house, two of whom were undercover police officers.
Already the "Establishment" are closing ranks. No to a public inquiry from Mr Gove it would appear ::

Am I wrong in thinking there is a super injunction in place about the Elm House guest list- only every time I've mentioned it previously it's got zapped asap- however posts here appear to be standing.
Douglas, indeed – and so it continues. No change there then. :o/
Only Kitty has a super-injunction kvalidir, as I understand it.
if people googled kitty, Mike I think there might be a few raised eyebrows ;-)
Congratulations!

And celebrations even, if your google search for Kitty was successful.
lol Gromit
I must be missing something here. A woman who was 19 years old when an alleged offence took place has accused Leon Britten. This is not an accusation of child molestation and the fact that files concerning alleged paedophilia went missing years ago has no bearing whatsoever on this incident. This line of discussion and the implication is very wrong indeed.
Google is notoriously unreliable and unfounded gossip and lies can often come up in the results.

For example, if you put Tony Charles Lynton Blair, in your search, and try to find out why he was nicknamed "Miranda" while working at Derry Irving's chambers, you get some fantastical results.

You're not missing anything Naomi except that Leon Britten was also on the Elm House guest list ( thanks Mikey- I'll slander the rest with gusto now I know it's only Kitty that has the injunction :), and that is part of an enquiry into child sex abuse.
And your accusation can be substantiated? If not, posting it here is not slander - it's libel - and you're breaking the law.
What accusation?
Naomi
All that has been 'alleged' is that someone named 'Kitty' is on a list of people who stayed at a guest house. The list, whether it is authentic or not, is not of child abusers, but of people who were guests.
Though why all these highly paid VIPs allegedly stayed at a grotty guest house is difficult to fathom out.
Gromit, not so. kvalidir states categorically that Leon Britten is on a list that is part of an enquiry into child sex abuse. The implication there is clear.
Naomi,

No. Everybody knows the list is of vistors to Elm Huest House (allegedly).

It does not follow that people on the list are abusers.

But it is a matter of fact that the Police raided Mary Moss' house and took away the original hand written note that is the list.
Will it be lost now, too?
