The first female Muslim Cabinet member resigns over daves Gaza policy. Brave woman as far as I am concerned. Lets hope more people protest and this government starts to pull its finger out over the Israeli policy of killing 1000's of innocent Gaza citizens.

Netanyahu has long passed the point of avenging the deaths of the three Israeli schoolboys. Enough already.

with regard to above post.The direct hit on the Lyons Corner House was a V1 doodlebug.Akin to a Hamas rocket.Indiscriminate and dropped when it ran out of fuel.Larger warhead though.

Was'nt that a totally different scenario.They resigned because of Mr Blair involving Great Britain, under a totally spurious reason, to topple Saddam Hussein and what good did that do?We are not involved,as far as I know,in any involvement in Palestine and our government should not dance to Warsi's wishes to get involved.Good riddance to another corrupt politician in our constitution.

Further to above.I keep hearing mikey talking about Israeli war crimes committed against the Palestinians.He does'nt seem so quick to condemn his precious Mr Blair for war crimes in Iraq does he.I think Mr Blair/Bush butchers bill was a tad larger than Gaza but some seem to be very selective who they condemn as war criminals.

She is obviously well off enough to resign from her job, how many people would like to resign because they don't agree with the companies policies but have to stay put, need the wages! I think she was miffed anyone with the recent political changes!!

I repeat...Warsi has my appreciation for resigning from a Cabinet that hasn't had to guts to condemn these war crimes. The UN has done so...not sure why dave hasn't. If we wonder why he is not ahead in all the Polls, perhaps we need to look no farther.

IOW population is 140k. Palestinians are obviously desperate for more space.
